Yesterday was Hunter Valley Farm’s winter open house for 2017. They market it as a “bringing pinterest to life” open house and let me tell you, that’s EXACTLY what it is. I was stationed up at the Stables (vs. the Pavilion), and since there were a few photographers, I only photographed up at the Stables, so for the remainder of this post, the Stables is what I’ll be referring to when I’m talking about the event. So my favorite part of the open house are the tablescapes! I totally have a weak spot for some amazing tablescapes. And I have a weak spot for incredible floral arrangements… and mismatched china… and pretty linens… okay, you get the point. But this event doesn’t only show off wedding day decor, they also have a ceremony site set up and delicious caterers serving samples all evening. We’ll start with the ceremony. The ceremony site up at the Stables is my FAVORITE at Hunter Valley. The whole church pew + vintage chair look … gah… it’s phenomenal. Coupled with Swank Floral’s touch of greenery and the stone path leading down to the aisle, my eyes are in hearts all night. But you’ll see for yourself below! It doesn’t get much better, I’m telling ya. Also up at the Stables, Hunter Valley Farm had Rosa’s Catering, Calhouns, Karen’s Katering, and Creative Catering set up serving samples for the evening. I’ve also photographed those for you below as well… just in case you actually didn’t get to go, it was just as tasty as it looks, I promise. The vendor list doesn’t stop there though, Special Notes DJ had a killer playlist running all evening, Unique Settings provided all of the mismatched china that ALWAYS looks SO freaking good, Personalized by Pam was there offering glass etchings (but she also does so much more, like wooden signs, in case you’re interested), Wine shop at Home by Cara Cahak (who doesn’t love a good red and white at their reception?!?!), Tonya Damron Photography (a close fellow photographer friend of mine that does SUCH great work and is SO stinking nice!), and Lisa Price Photography also had her photobooth called Selfie Studio setup (and this is the first time I’ve gotten to meet her in person, and you guys, such a sweet soul. This girl offered to grab me dinner since I was running my booth alone, AND took my heavy bag out to my car when it was all said and done… I can’t thank her enough already and we’ve only just met!). Knoxville is SO full of great wedding vendors. I’m so thankful to get to be a part of this community. Below I’m going to list each of these vendors out separately with links to their websites just in case you are interested! Also, I photographed the fall 2015 open house for Hunter Valley, so if you want to see those shots, just click here!
