Downtown Knoxville Elopement

Oh my goodness, you guys, I am so stoked about these images! If any of you are trying to do a small Downtown Knoxville elopement, email me because this was so. much. fun. and I’m obsessed with these images!!!!! So, the story of how Ximena and Lance met is pretty crazy. They met through an online dating site, which is just the beginning of how it all really happened. See, Lance was interning in New York City for a company for four months. Ximena was visiting New York city for ONE WEEK before she was going back home to Guatemala. In that one week time frame, they ended up finding each other, going out on a date, and ultimately falling in love. Lance is from Indiana, but his job brought him down to Knoxville. So, this is where they had a Downtown Knoxville elopement wedding. I met up with them after the ceremony, and we ventured around Knoxville taking both family photos and bride & groom romantic portraits. Because the lighting was so different than golden hour, which is when I usually shoot downtown, I was forced to find spots that I wouldn’t have normally shot in, and I LOVE them! I think it also helps that this couple is really super beautiful, and being in their wedding attire against the brick and concrete of downtown just gave a totally different feel than when I shoot engagement pictures downtown. So, I want to make a public announcement now and let everyone know I want to shoot more of these! Keep me in mind. Please and thank you.
